Trying to find/identify this song....

Hello folks,

Was watching Clarksons 'Speed' series on Dave the other day and the opening theme music caught my attention - it was unmistakably Chris Rea. However, I can't put my finger on which song/album this song is from. After some digging on the internet all I can find out is that it is a variation of 'Dancing Down The Stony Road', not one i've heard before or can even find!
